SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
Leading South Jersey distributor and manufacturer seeks financial analyst with five (5) + years distribution or manufacturing analysis experience to join their winning team! The Analyst will be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting and financial analysis of operational results and effectively communicating this information to different levels of the organization.
Duties include to control the monthly close and reporting process. Ensure timely processing of general ledger entries, revenue analysis and comparison of Budget to Actual results by location and then report results to appropriate Finance and Operations Management.
Prepare, analyze and review forecast to actual production results by location as well as analysis of labor. Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting process, incorporating operational results into the financial forecast model. Special projects such as cost and margin analysis as assigned by the Finance and Operations Management Team. Strong Inventory experience+++. SAP, People Soft, JD Edwards+++, Access+++
The "right" person for this position will be self motivated and be able to operate in a fast paced environment, possess a "can do" attitude and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of associates within the organization. This is a new position due to growth!
