Job Description
Basic Function:
- Core member of Multi-functional product support team.
- Provide internal and external contacts with expert technical identification of CNH parts.
- Serve as primary contact for North America Dealer network, other contacts include CNH sales, marketing and CNH field support employees. Not a consumer resource center.
- Compose relevant, timely, complete and accurate part identification information for corrective action.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of parts technical inquiries from contacts via phone and/or dealer portal electronic resource
- Use a strategic process to deliver complete resolution to Contacts
- Research incidents using available tools (where known solutions may exist)
- Exceptional time management skill required to manage time constraints dictated by widely fluctuating contact levels
- Make appropriate inquiries and problem solving proposals where change is required
- Structure solution to incidents consistent with CNH objectives, policies and procedures
- Effectively explain resolution both in writing via electronic media Partech, and by accurate documentation of phone contacts for future reference within contact management system APPLIX.
- Identify and escalate weaknesses and errors discovered in Parts Publications to improve Corporate Publications.
- Determine validity of reported parts shipment errors by Parts Depots, submit issues to Depots for inspection and corrective action to ensure good part shipped
- Participate in training activities(both formal and informal) to continue to develop a thorough understanding of CNH products and services
Requirements
- BS/BA degree preferably within “Equipment Mechanization” or Engineering preferred.

5 years of applicable Dealer experience preferably within Parts or Service is a plus

Knowledge of agricultural and or construction equipment, understanding of equipment markets

Excellence in PC Operation

Proficient with operation of various software programs

Solid interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a cross functional highly collaborative environment

Preference will be given to candidates who have a desire for future transfer to other positions within Company (e.g. Technical in house and Field Service, Marketing, etc.)

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings a plus
