Description Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner
Kaukauna/ Menasha, WI
This position is on 1st shift and offers paid holidays and weekends off. The incumbent will play an intricate role in the Albany International Health and Safety Program. He/she will be actively involved in working with employees to improve their personal health and on-the-job safety. This position reports directly to the Sr. Human Resources Manager.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
Health (50%) - Play a leadership role in the Health Care Olympics Program to enhance overall effectiveness - Provide on-site preventive treatment (i.e. physical, lipid check) - Provide on-site treatment to employees experiencing physical illnesses - Triage employee health concerns
Safety (40%) - Provide Wellness Trainer support for work related pain or discomfort (i.e. examination, stretching exercises, follow-up) - Conduct work station ergonomic reviews - Be an active member of the Safety Team - Perform First Aid or Medical Care for work injuries - Order Safety supplies for the facility
Training (5%) - Perform training on Safety and Health related topics
Workers Compensation (5%) - Perform case management for active claims

Position Abilities and Qualifications A Wisconsin licensed registered nurse with 5 years of occupational health experience. Additional experience in wellness, disability management and both occupational and non occupational health issues. Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
