We�re currently seeking an innovative Government Property Administrator to join our unique team as we continue our history of excellence.The Government Property/Calibration System Administrator will administer, track and report on customer and government owned property, ensuring property is affectively controlled and maintained in accordance with company and government procedures/regulations. In addition, the position requires coordination of the site's calibration system ensuring all calibrated equipment in tracked, controlled, repaired, and calibrated as required by procedures. This individual will continually interface with technicians, engineers, outside calibration service providers, customer and/or government representatives and counterpart at the San Diego site. The individual will be responsible for tracking, renting and purchasing test equipment; administering and tracking calibration and repair of test equipment and Government Property. Responsible to submitting reports both internally and to the customer and/or government, coordinating inventory of assets and assuring adequate storage, maintenance, and disposal of assets.US Citizenship is required. Applicants selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.A qualified candidate will have at least 5 years of directly related experience and an expert knowledge of both Customer /Government Property and Calibration System administration, associated documentation and related ISO/AS requirements. Proficiency in the use of on-line Government property databases is preferred, CAV experience is a plus but not required. Must possess computer skills, including MS Word/Excel and property/TE database management. Individual must be a self-starter, able to work independently while possessing strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple efforts internally and externally as required.
