Job Description
Classification: Full-time
Compensation: $78,000 to $120,000 per year
This position leads and conducts audits and reviews of the Company's domestic and international businesses with an emphasis on IT areas. It makes recommendations to improve internal controls, operational efficiencies and compliance capabilities. The position interfaces with key parts of the Company, including Finance, Technology, Supply chain, Marketing, Sales, Logistics and RD&E. Candidates will gain a broad understanding of the Company's business processes and will gather insights for future career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete audits, support investigations and conduct other projects, progressively demonstrating enhanced leadership skills and initiative.
Assess ERP application controls and security, collaborating closely with the Audit Support Manager and Senior Audit Manager.
As the internal audit department's super user, develop and execute data retrieval and data analytics using technology-based audit tools such as Access or ACL.
Assess business processes, risks and their controls and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements
Undergraduate degree in accounting or information systems,
CISA, CIA or similar auditing certifications.
5-7+ years experience in public accounting, internal auditing or related consulting
Effective written and oral communication skills
Experience with data retrieval and analysis tools such as Access, ACL
Experience with SAP and/or Peoplesoft
