Job Description

Under the general direction of the Division Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for continuing the growth of the business and supervising an existing staff of Project Engineers, Inspectors and Administrative support.  The teams are well established with clients in the area.
Manages project production, marketing efforts, and financial aspects of the Group to ensure client satisfaction, continued Group production backlog, and profitability of all projects within the Group unit.  This level Group Manager is typically responsible for groups with annual net revenues of less than $2.5M, limited geographic or technical scope, and/or staff of less than 25 professionals, technicians, and support personnel.
Client targets will include all local municipalities, Aviation and State departments including the local TxDOT Districts.
Job duties will include:

  •         Business development and managing client relationships with DOT district, surrounding municipalities. 
  •         Providing leadership, direction and technical guidance to program staff to ensure that quality technical services are delivered to clients and the business meets its operating performance targets.
  • Managing day to day operations, marketing efforts, and managing financials 

  • Job Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.  


     
    HighwayRoadway/Transportation Construction Management experience is a strong plus
     
     
    The successful candidate should have background in construction management or project management in highway/ roadway construction or design; strong technical and interpersonal skills and proficiency with computers.
