JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Bank of America Customer Marketing Advisor, you would be responsible for managing incoming calls from our credit card customers and developing a rapport with them to deepen our existing relationship. You would be responsible for optimizing sales opportunities on each call, for example, soliciting balance transfers from competitors, soliciting cash deposits into checking accounts and offering additional credit card products and services.

Associates utilize negotiation and decision-making skills to determine the most appropriate solicitation for each customer, minimizing fraud, while maintaining customer satisfaction. Successful candidates are goal-oriented, flexible and possess strong decision-making skills. Additionally, successful candidates have the ability to navigate several computer applications and the judgment to deviate from standard screens, scripts and procedures when appropriate. Extensive training on products, services and computer applications is provided.
