Compensation: $45,000 to $55,000 per year

A thriving, privately-held wholesale/distribution company in the Grand Rapids area is in need of a talented Purchasing Agent. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for inventory management. This includes analyzing inventory to determine appropriate stocking levels. The Purchasing Agent will source products with both current and new vendors, and must be able to establish and maintain good working relationships with them. The successful candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Must have a minimum of a 2-year degree in Business, Math, or Science. 4-year degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital.
