  * Nurse Practitioner, NeuroCare ICUThe University of Maryland Medical Center is seeking several Nurse Practitioners NPs to join our expanding NeuroCare ICU. We seek several motivated individuals to participate in the management of patients presenting with neurosurgical interventions. This is a truly outstanding opportunity for an NP who is interested in neurologic disease and wants to be a member of a multidisciplinary team. Clinical and educational collaboration with neurology, neurosurgery, critical care and other related services is expected. Continuing education in the subspecialty is encouraged and supported. The successful candidate will have completed a Nurse Practitioner program, with acute care NP certification. Maryland licensure, or eligibility is also required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, and have a minimum of two 2 years experience in a critical care setting.
