Job Description

Successful Dayton Company seeking a MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE.


Key Responsiblities and Roles are as follows:


Generate Revunue by meeting or exceeding assigne sales quotas on a weekly, monthly and annual basis to acheive sales territory goals resulting in increased sales territory revenue; Conduct Sales and Marketing Activity through objective to objective daily marketing contacts to build customer relationships and rapport resulting in education of the customer of the reasons why company is best; Set up Closing appointments on a weekly basis to provide owners and marketing managers with one on one meetings with the contact resulting in more referrals; Participate in professional associations, provide Lunch and Learns and promote continuing education courses to market mitigation benefits resulting in increased referrals by establishing professional credibility; Maintain assigned contact lists on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and  to maximize Center of Influence marketing opportunities; Customer Service:  Assist Center of Influence with issue resolution to create customer satisfaction; Professional Development: will develop sales skills resulting in imporved professional ablility and increased sales revenue and closing appointments; Understand production and estimating to help development of product  knowledge and credibility with Centers of Influence resulting in the ability to educate Centers of Influence of benefits of using; Understand the Company enterprise resources and industry knowledge to gain competitive advantages resulting in ability to anticipate customer needs and market changes.


Pay Schedule:


Salary :   $475.00 per week


Weekly Activity Bonus:  $100.00 per week, must meet all of the requirements: 80 marketing stops completed per week, 1 closing appointment per week, 1 new contact addition per week, 1 marketing event per week attended.


Monthly Commision:  paid monthly, commision is paid on work referred by assigned contacts, 10% on Direct Work (subcontract work not included), 2.5% Emergency Work (subcontract work not included).


Mileage Reimbursement:  Employee will be responsible for supplying their own vehicle.  $.50 per mile will be paid weekly.


Additional Expectations:  Mail or Email adjusters that cannot be visited monthly, visit local adjusting offices monthly, attend networking and industry organization meetings such as Chamber networking events, golf outings, industry member meetings (DCAA, IIAAD, GDAA), BNI


Background Check, Drug Screening and High School Diploma (minumum) is required.
