The Investigation Analyst will make outbound calls to providers to verify mailing addresses and fax numbers, generate letters, and make follow up calls to ensure letters are received.
This position offers competitive pay, convenient Monday - Friday hours from 8:00-4:30, and a chance to utilize your skills to enhance the health insurance experience for each member and provider.
Qualified candidates will have experience working in medical insurance or in a medical office setting. Customer service experience is required. Candidates should also be proficient with Microsoft Office and have strong typing and data entry skills.
