Job Description:

CSR services customers by processing orders, inquires and/or complaints involving company products or services and provides post sales support & product technical support. CSR acts as a liaison between the customer, outside sales, transportation, warehouse and internal departments to facilitate order fulfillment & achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements Minimum 2-3 yrs of experience in a customer service and/or sales center environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish (written & verbal)
