  • Working on a Customer Service team of Interface, Network and Systems Security Analysts and interface developers on integration projects in support of ScriptPro's pharmacy automation and management system products.
  • Implement/Support proprietary interfaces, connections between customers and ScriptPro systems, and third party interfaces
  • Support multiple network configurations on customer systems
  • Supporting remote access connectivity to/from customer systems
  • Providing technical documentation to other customer service and training groups for procedure / training development
  • Work with Technical Support Tiers and customers to resolve interface, network and security problems via ticketing system or ACD phone queue
  • Document activities, time and actions associated with service requests and submit requests for software or process improvements based on service request findings.
  • Assisting with the design of new interfaces and specification documents

Write and implement interfaces for new customer deployments

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business technology or computer science discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of XML development background combined with strong network experience
  • Experience with scripting languages (Perl, VBScript, Windows Shell)
  • Experience with markup languages such as HTML
  • Experience MS SQL
  • Strong ability to critically analyze and troubleshoot integration and network issues
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts (VLANs, protocols, topologies, cabling) specifically in MS Windows OS environments
  • Project leadership skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests, manage multiple tasks, and effective time management
  • High level of motivation, , adaptability, and the enthusiasm to grow according to the demands of the position
  • Ability to support flexible schedule in support of 7x24 clients, especially during on-call periods (approximately every 6 weeks).
  • Ability to present technical ideas and issues utilizing visualization tools such as Visio and Power Point
