We are currently recruiting for an Implementation Consultant to join our Health Systems Group Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for successfully educating and training clients on the use and operation of our industry leading software. Healthcare organizations use our products to support both their practice management and clinical operations. Implementation Consultants come from a variety of backgrounds including practice management, clinical, and healthcare.
1. Assessing client training requirements and preparing training objectives and agendas.
2. Conducting on-site and remote training sessions.
3. Ensuring client end users are properly trained in areas of the application related to their job function.
4. Serving as the client's application expert; ensuring that system set up is congruent with client defined project goals and to optimize business workflow.
5. Identify product configuration and customer requirements.
6. Assisting in the development of client implementation project plans and detailed documentation throughout implementation.
7. Leading in the review and analysis of client processes and development of revised workflow plans.
8. Assisting client/implementation team with issue escalation and resolution.
9. Extensive, overnight travel, REQUIRES 100% DOMESTIC travel.

Education/Experience Required:
� Software training experience required
� Previous vendor experience strongly preferred
� Clinical License/Certification (RN, PT, etc) and/or Healthcare Accounting/Finance experience a plus
� Home Health, Hospice, or Private Duty experience a plus
� Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
� Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
� Ability to adapt to last minute changes and realigned priorities
� Excellent communication and presentation skills
Up to 100% overnight travel required. Remote office must be located within 60 minutes of a hub airport.
