Kelly Engineering Resources is currently looking for a contracted Technical Recruiter to work a 6+ month contract in Lynchburg, VA
The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities: - Seeking out, interviewing, screening, reviewing résumés, and checking references in order to fill Harris' job requisitions. - Interviewing , filling and closing prospective candidates. - Candidate will be responsible for recruiting professional, engineering, and IT candidates, as well as other fields.
- Bachelor's Degree. - 3 to 5 years of technical recruiting experience.specifically for Software Engineers, Electrical Engineers, product managers and financial positions. - Possess excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and listening; excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills. - Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Handle multiple problems simultaneously. - Demonstrate professional, friendly demeanor both in person and over the phone. - Prioritize and effectively handle multiple projects that require detail-orientation. - Use MS Office, Internet, and e-mail systems.
