Salary Range: $40,000/yr base salary plus commissions


AAA Arizona is looking for an Insurance Sales Agent responsible for providing quotes in a high volume in-bound insurance sales call center. 


Responsibilities include:


  • Quote and write all types of personal lines of insurance including, but not limited to automobile, homeowner, life and health.
  • Prospect from prior quotes, mono-line, transfers and any other resources made available in order to solicit new business and meet established sales goals.
  • Maintain an expiration date list in Outlook Calendar for future sales follow-up.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Club system.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of vendor proprietary systems.
  • Reviewing commission statements to ensure the club and agent receive commissions for submitted business.
  • Utilize unscheduled phone shift to schedule appointments and complete paperwork.
  • Solicit, sell and process AAA memberships as needed for Insurance requirements.
  • Agent is able to complete sales by mail, fax, and meeting with client or by voice signature.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months of personal lines property/casualty insurance sales.
    Previous experience in a high-pressure, fast paced call center sales environment.
    A valid AZ P&C license.
    Must have the ability to demonstrate successful sales experience.
    Excellent computer, organizational and time management skills.

Must obtain AAA Arizona Membership Expert certification upon hire. Annual re-certification is required.
