This position is responsible for managing the Branch's business goals including meeting/exceeding budget in sales, gross profit, and contribution. This is done through new business development; business retention; service delivery; recruiting/retention; and administration/finance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 - 4 years of successful outside business to business sales experience. (Staffing/employment services industry experience preferred)
• Cold calling experience and the ability to deliver professional, formal presentations.
• Operations and management expertise including excellent customer service sills.
• Strong financial management skills
• Strategic planning ability to anticipate changing business conditions and take the appropriate action
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive along with experience in all facets for the strategic sales process.
