Temporary Training Compliance Analyst, Raritan NJ Compliance Analyst facilitates the annual and new-hire on-line compliance-training curriculum maintaining employee training records. Role serves as the system administrator which involves coordinating the review of payment requests through completion of several key tasks in the approval process and working with IT to address any application issues. Position works with the team to maintain and assign user rights and permissions in the system. Position plays a key role in updating the department website and in developing the compliance newsletter.
Implement on-line compliance curriculum (HCC, Privacy, FCPA, GCC) training for new hire and annual retraining. Track completion and communicate reminders. Communicate requirements to eUniversity support group and attend progress meetings. Maintain records of all targeted training ' live sessions, LiveMeeting sessions, staff meetings, training, ad hoc training - including employee tests and certifications, along with specific training course materials. Works with team and Law department to update and maintain contract templates and supporting documents in the system. Primary support for website and newsletter utilizing MS FrontPage. Escalates application issues to appropriate support groups. Resolves any invoicing issues with outside vendors. Works closely with Compliance Managers to assist with Contract and Contribution requests, gathering necessary approvals and/or documentation.
Minimum Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent education plus additional work experience and/or training in this field (5-8 yrs min.) Excellent oral and written communication skills Extremely well organized Excellent Microsoft products and computer system skills. i.e. FrontPage, Project, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint System experience desirable (Ariba, Totality, OTIS, Sharepoint) Knowledge of guidelines and regulations of FDA, AdvaMed, and compliance policies (may be HCC, GCC, privacy, SOX, other financial, FCPA, regulatory or quality).
