Marketing Communications Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Providing analytical assessment, collateral development, and communications for Small Business marketing programs. 
  • Using technology and innovation to achieve business objectives. 
  • Working individually or with the team to analyze economic considerations, develop market forecasts, estimate costs, analyze and report results from initiatives and programs

Job Characteristics:

  • Writes and disseminates technical and marketing communications to large audiences
  • Analyzes data and prepares in a meaningful/useful format.
  • Develop, implement, and manage website content
  • Draw conclusions from fact-based analysis and report on findings and identifies implications for current and potential programs.
  • Communicates through reports, memos and business letters.
  • Tracks economics of programs and measures and reports campaign results.
  • Monitor results of lead generation and advertising media sources and campaigns. Make recommendations to modify campaigns when needed to improve results.
  • Provide support for programs to increase cross-line sales and improve retention and measure results
  • Responsible for agent satisfaction with campaign availability, communications and support.
  • Coordinate and participate in tradeshow exhibits, regional kick off meetings, and vendor fairs


Job Requirements:



Experience

  • 2 to 5 years experience in a professional marketing communications role
  • At least 2 years experience in a professional writing role
    • Specifically writing mass communications, marketing pieces, technical communications, reports, memos, and business letters.  (Examples will need to presented prior to an interview)
  • Knowledge and experience with Allstate and/or commercial insurance products is a plus.
  • Ability to apply standardized mathematical and analytical procedures to reconcile, manipulate and analyze data.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. 
Education:
4 year degree
