Description

World Technical Services, Inc is currently seeking a Financial Analyst in Waianae, Hi.

Essential Job Functions

Assist the Commander in:

Establishing spending priorities
Choosing policies that will achieve desired results at an acceptable cost
Obtain required resources (fiscal and logistical)
Preparing financial plans

Monitor and help prepare estimates for resources
Help develop obligation and expense targets
Monitor use of resources in daily operations
Assist the Squadron RA and Wing FM in fiscal year-end closeout.
Serves as primary point of contact for financial matters for the site
Interpret management reports and recommend necessary actions to the unit commander and up the chain of command
Respond as needed to the Wing Financial Management Board and Financial Working Group

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledgeable in Federal Government Resource Management Systems (RMS)
Familiar with government appropriations law
Understands accounting principles
Must hold active security clearance
