A stable biotech company northwest of Denver is looking for a sharp and intelligent individual work in a pharmaceutical research and development laboratory utilizing modern formulation development analytical instrumentation. The ideal candidate will perform material characterization and formulation development studies for solid oral dosage forms. You will be supporting laboratory testing that will include chemical purity and physical characteristics. Successful candidates will understand the concepts of synthesis and have a strong background in purification, attention to detail and be a team player.
' 1-2 years of industry experience ' Experience with HPLC, KF titrators, FTIR ' Comfortable with multiple applications of Excel, Microsoft Word
Educational Requirements: BA/BS Chemistry
Project management and time management skills are essential. You must be comfortable handling hazardous chemicals. Prior Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus. This position is Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with occasional overtime.
