Position Description:
George Weston Bakeries is now part of Bimbo Bakeries USA. We are a 4 billion dollar fresh baked goods company with such brands as Arnold, Thomas, Entenmann's, Tia Rosa, Bimbo, Freihofer's, Stroehmann, Marinela, Boboli, Mrs. Bairds and more. Currently we are seeking an Analyst to support the Risk Management & Safety group in our Corporate Headquarters located in Horsham PA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

oObtain and review certificates of insurance and surety bonds to assure they are issued correctly and timely
oAssist in the collection of data necessary for insurance renewals
oAssist in the tracking and monitoring of receipt of insurance policies and endorsements
oGenerate claim loss runs, produce monthly reports, and prepare charts for presentations
oCompile and distribute period end Safety charts and reports that track OSHA statistics by individual facilities, business units, etc.
oCoordinate information among internal business groups
oServe as resource to Safety System Users by answering questions related to the system, helping new users enter data, and monitor timeliness of data entry
oAnalyze loss data, produce charts and graphs, and build reports and presentations
oOrganize, review and process disbursement requests for risk management program, ensure proper GL coding, and monitor invoice payments including follow-up tracking with vendors and internal accounting group
oAssist with multiple projects and tasks as needed

Position Requirements:
Requirements:

oMust have a solid understanding of casualty insurance programs
oStrong analytical ability, capable of manipulating data in Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups), and be comfortable working with financial data
oDetail oriented and possess excellent organization skills, flexibility, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously

Qualifications and Experience:

oBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with emphasis in risk management, insurance, claims management, or accounting.
o 1-3 years experience with demonstrated capabilities in the essential responsibilities described above is preferred.
oProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point, is essential.
