The ServiceLive National Sales Director is accountable for leveraging the ServiceLive platform to maximize B2B profitability by leading the sales teams to maximize client growth and minimize churn. This position establishes the overall account growth strategy and leads the sales team to exceed sales targets. This position requires a strong sales and management background. The incumbent interacts with internal staff, independent providers and B2B customers in a variety of situations where customer service, problem resolution, multi-tasking, sales and decision making skills are required. Duties and responsibilities include identifying opportunities, devising solution proposals, selling the solution, implementing the execution and ensuring sustained benefits. The ServiceLive Director of Sales is a proactive, strategic thinker whose skills contribute to the efficient, systematic and profitable operations of the company.
Qualifications
� Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work;
� Generate sales by prospecting for new and servicing existing clients. Must be able to develop and execute a strategic business plan to maintain and achieve revenue goals;
� Schedule sales meetings and travel to scheduled appointments in order to meet sales benchmark.
� Attend and travel to national, regional and local industry events and trade shows
� Consult with customers and prospects to best use their ServiceLive platform solutions and must be able to learn the internal business systems effectively;
� Meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, profitability and quality for ServiceLive B2B Accounts;
� Handles complex customer complaints or enquiries;
� Designs and implements various reporting tools, standards, processes and automated systems to monitor service activities, provide efficient information processing, and ensure quality service delivery and profitability;
� Developing and growing multi-platform solutions for our clients, with an emphasis on deepening relationships and expanding our business with current and new clients;
� Direct development of sales account executives and territory coverage plans in conjunction with service offerings and network development;
� Direct, train and assist local sales account executives, when required, to call on all levels of management prospects as required to close business via signed contract(s);
Skills & Role Measurements:
� Strong sales and negotiation experience;
� Project Management: Able to effectively design, coordinate and manage multiple accounts concurrently;
� Passion for achieving and exceeding goals;
� Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
� Strong consultative sales and closing skills;
� Proven success in selling technology related and/or software products;
� Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
� High energy with the ability to excel in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes in industry dynamics;
� Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, territory design, quota management and sales compensation.
Experience Requirements:
� 10 or more years experience in senior sales leadership positions;
� Experience with in-home service B2B business understandings;
� Experience in a startup company atmosphere;
