Bilingual Call Center Representatives

Job Description

Growing New Berlin, WI Call Center has immediate openings on all shifts. Position involves answering inbound calls in a high volume call center. You will respond to customer inquiries and provide support to customer accounts. You must also be willing to perform other duties as assigned, (i.e. faxing, filing & general administrative functions, etc.) Flexible shifts and weekends available! This is a long term, contract to hire position!

We offer full benefits upon hire!!

Working hours: All shifts available with sliding start times between 10:00am-3:00pm, 1:00pm-5:00pm OR 8:00pm-11:00pm with 50% weekends.
Shift can vary based upon needs of business to 4, 6, 8, or 12 hours.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates will have the following skills:

  • bilingual in Spanish/English required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months inbound call center experience
  • demonstrated verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • high attention to detail
  • computer literate
