Job Description
Industry-leading, fast-paced company has an immediate need for a Director of Reporting & Accounting. TThis is a crucial role in the company and will directly assist the VP of Finance. The company is seeking a hands-on manager who can also think at a high-level and improve processes and procedures. Additional duties include GAAP, manage the accounting cycle, technical accounting, managing a small team, and helping the company as they have a planned IPO down the road. This is an excellent position with a fast-paced company, and a top performer will do very well and have an excellent career!

REQUIREMENTS: CPA is absolutely required! 10+ years' accounting w/strong people management skills, extroverted/take charge attitude, hands on, excellent at rallying teams, etc. Also, large company experience is required! Preference is SEC reporting!
