Requirements
Your primary mission as our Customer Advocate will be to respond to incoming client requests through multiple channels, supporting Account Managers, and processing and on-boarding new members. As the face (or voice) to the client, your outstanding communication skills and ability to grasp our clients' needs will allow you to build long-lasting relationships and establish a professional rapport while quickly meeting customer demands. Key to continuing PR Newswire's reputation for providing excellent service, your consultative approach will be essential as you answer clients' questions and recommend our solutions to their problems. This job is not for the meek - your energy and confidence will be the foundation for moving from a reactive support function to a proactive sales and service role. Prior experience with the standard tools of the trade - Microsoft Excel, Word and Web applications -- will ensure you hit the ground running.
