Manager of IT Consulting Under the direction of the Partner responsible for Outsourcing Solutions, the Manager of IT Consulting will lead a staff that is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients that are located in the assigned region, as well as facilitating and providing outsourced information technology services to client businesses. At this time we are looking for an manager to join our Minnesota team.
Specific Responsibilities Include: Mentor associates and ensure high levels of engagement and productivity Enhance client satisfaction Manage the profitability of the client base Provide primary support for a number of key clients Proactively engage in the development of new business relationships Maintain technology skills through personal development, training, and certification
Qualified candidates should possess the following: A 4 year degree preferably in business and or technology Microsoft or Cisco Certification 5 years of prior experience in technology 3 plus years of supervision of a technology team Prior experience selling technological services in a consulting environment
