Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000/yr


AAA Arizona is looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to support the strategic plans and growth initiatives including customer acquisition and retention goals.


Responsibilities include:



Managing internal and external experience communications, coordinating process improvement and experience projects, developing and maintaining engagement surveys (MDEP) and other Member Relations Management (MRM) metrics, participating in change management initiatives, and aiding voice of member programs.
Coordinating/implementing experience projects that ensure experience guidelines for sales and service delivery, as well as service recovery (ie complaint management), are in effect and are being followed consistently across all channels; including experience mapping, change management initiatives and voice of member work.
Working closely with internal communications and marketing to create effective internal and external communications that reinforce our brand values, adoption strategies, mission/goals and experience work.
Coordinating engagement and experience surveys for members and employees including the development, evolution, distribution, maintenance, analytics and reporting of the surveys and their results.
Developing and reporting additional MRM metrics companywide.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree required. Majors in Business, Marketing, or Project Management preferred.
2 - 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, project management or journalism.
Exceptional project management skills including: organization, analytics, and multi-tasking.
Ability to develop and maintain excellent rapport with multi-level stakeholders.
Proficiency in all Microsoft software applications; specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout metro Phoenix, Tucson and Prescott.
Must obtain AAA Arizona Membership Expert certification upon hire. Annual re-certification is required.
