Job Description:
EG&G is seeking a Program Manager to lead and manage the overall program/contract and associated resources to achieve all contract milestones, goals and objectives. Lead, plan, and administer contract transition to meet all established milestones. Standardize, approve, implement and enforce policies and procedures Comply with all contractual requirements and ensure contract deliverables are submitted on time. Interface with and provide guidance to ATF and FDA on contract issues to ensure immediate responses. Implement cost containment and avoidance actions and monitor results. Accurately monitor and manage contract funding to ensure target costs are met. Continuously monitor decisions required between the Government and the contractor and make recommendations. Provide ATF and FDA with contract briefings, presentations and trainingPrepare for and attend customer meetings and briefings. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of job related experience or equivalent. Excellent communication interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills are required. Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications is required. Prior employment in a senior position with ATF a plus. Extensive travel may be required. Must be able to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
