Job Description

Bartech Enterprise Staffing specializes in temporary and direct placement of Engineering, IT, Technical, Finance & Accounting, and Professional staff.

Currently we are seeking individuals for the following position:
Accounting Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
- Complete invoice validation to ensure accurate payment
- Complete invoice activity within Tracking database
- Compliance to Business Rules and Methods & Procedures
- Knowledge on vendor contracts to ensure proper payment within contract terms and ongoing audit compliance
- Knowledge of the SAC/ECSS Channels activity and Verizon products/services


Job Requirements

Skills Required to be considered:
- Data Entry
- Proficient in Excel - Data Files, Reports, Pivot Tables, V-Lookup,
formulas, etc.

Minimum Education Required:
- Degree preferred and/or 3-5+ years experience
