Position Description:
The Customer Delivery Representative - Loop Driver will use a company vehicle to deliver parts and equipment to customers in a safe and courteous manner. Delivery service will be loop delivery on a specific, assigned route. The representative will maintain store retail display area to include: pricing, fronting shelves and building displays. The position will also receive, check in incoming freight as well as stock and re-stock shelves with parts shipments received. The qualified individual will have a High School Diploma, must be 19 years of age or older and will have a valid driving license and a good driving record.

EDUCATION:

A High School Diploma/GED

General knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket functions and purpose

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 19 years of age with a valid driving license and a good driving record

Good defensive driving skills

Good organization, time-management and communication skills

Ability to lift 40-50 pounds

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. ASE certified including C1 certification and/or equivalent automotive repair experience. College or further education a plus.

Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket. Must be self-starting and motivated individual, willing to learn new skills and gain knowledge about all aspects of store operations.

Requires demonstrated sales, organizational, supervisory, and time management skills.

Must have good driving record and must pass a prework screen to demonstrate ability to perform the physical requirements of the job in a safe and efficient manner.

Strong interpersonal skills; able to provide direction and instruction to other teammates.

Previous work experience in the store with progressive responsibilities in leading the day-to-day operations of the store may be substituted for education requirements
