Job Description:

Becoming an Assistant Manager at Wendy's International, Inc. may be the right role for you!  You will assist the General Manager (GM) in operating a million dollar plus business focused on delivering a positive, enjoyable customer experience and the kind of financial results that grow a business.
 
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the GM in managing the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, including execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems; participate in the achievement of store objectives; ensure compliance with all laws and ethical business practices; and participate in creating and maintaining a customer-focused environment



Qualifications:

Education / Experience:
  • College degree / diploma and six months management/supervisory experience in the restaurant industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
