PLANT CONTROLLER

We are looking for a Plant Controller for our Sheboygan, WI packaging facility.� Sheboygan converts corrugated materials into a wide variety of customer-specific corrugated packaging and custom designed corrugated products for industrial customers in Wisconsin and Illinois.

Responsibilities:
The Plant Controller is responsible for the management of the financial and internal control processes and systems at the facility. This includes:

Month-end closing
Working capital management
Account reconciliation
Financial analysis
Variance analysis
Profit forecasting
Participation in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
Supporting safety culture

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree - Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 5 + years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge:
Candidate must have a strong foundation in General & Cost Accounting, internal controls, business and financial analytical skills, planning/organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel.
