Job Description

We are currently recruiting for the position of Customer Support Representative.
This position is responsible for client retention, satisfaction, and revenue
growth. Our CSR?s provide Sales support such as assisting in client training and
maximizing client satisfaction by insuring that our customers are utilizing our
most current products and services.
In conjunction with the Account Executive, understand customer business needs
and propose new features and services, in the form of solutions, to grow the
customer base revenue, penetrate the account further, and assist in achieving
monthly sales target. Identify sales opportunities and communicate to Account
Executive. Work with Account Executive to determine roles and relationships
within a given account.

Work with account executive to develop strategies for renewing and upgrading
customer contacts. Participate in account strategy sessions with the account
team to formulate strategy for account retention, penetration, and growth.
