Bi-Lingual Call Center Representative

Job Description

Randstad is currently seeking professional, friendly and articulate call center representatives for one of premier clients in southeastern MA. The successful candidate must be proficient with writing and fluent in speaking both English and Spanish. The successful candidate will handle incoming calls from company representatives and help them place merchandise orders. Excellent listening skills, accurate data entry skills and attention to detail are also required. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.

Working hours: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Monday to Friday
