Regional Marketing Director

Description IASIS HEALTHCARE, a leading nationwide investor owned community-focused company, has an opportunity for an experienced healthcare marketing professional.  This position coordinates and supports the marketing efforts of our three hospitals in Tampa/St. Petersburg, three hospitals in Texas and one in Louisiana. The regional marketing director will report directly to the corporate director of marketing and will support the market presidents of Florida and Texas, as well as the leadership teams of the company's hospitals in those states.
 
The regional marketing director for Florida and Texas is based in the company's Franklin, TN corporate office, and will spend approximately 25 - 30% of their time traveling to the hospitals in their markets.   This person will work with local hospital teams to develop and implement marketing research and plans, advertising initiatives, public and media relations, internal communications, and other communication strategies to support the hospital's goals and relationships.  In addition, this person will be responsible for oversight of the marketing and referral development initiatives of our multi-specialty group practice entities Physicians Group of Florida and Physicians Group of Texas/Louisiana, and integrating those initiatives in the overall marketing plans for the hospitals. 

Requirements The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of seven years of marketing experience, including extensive experience in the healthcare industry
• Proven leadership skills, analytical ability, strong writing talent and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential
• A college degree, preferably in marketing, public relations or a related field, is required
