PNC has an excellent opportunity as an Executive Assistant to provide support to Corporate CEO's Direct Reports by performing a wide range of administrative and general office related duties of significant responsibility and confidentiality. The individual selected will provide administrative support by organizing and expediting the flow of work through the manager's office; communicating manager's instructions with various individuals and/or departments; furnishing and obtaining information from other managers or external sources. Facilitate the manager's work by organizing and maintaining files of correspondence, records and related materials; following up on pending matters with very limited direction. Provide secretarial support by drafting correspondence for manager's signature/approval; scheduling appointments; coordinating meetings, conferences and travel arrangements; transcribing dictation and typing a variety of correspondence of a highly confidential nature. Provide receptionist support by receiving and screening telephone calls, mail and visitors; responding to questions; obtaining and furnishing information to save the manager's time. Prepare complex management reports/documents by gathering, organizing, summarizing and analyzing data. Controls expenses by monitoring expenditures and researching operating budget variances.
JobRequirements
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Associate Degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of eight years of related experience.
- Demonstrated effective interaction with top management.
- Advanced word processing, transcription, and PC skills.
- Effective business writing, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
