System One has an immediate for a process technician that can troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic automated machines in Marston, Missouri for a contract hire position. This is a great opportunity to work with a winning team!



Responsibilities


Perform assignments across the entire range of plant equipment, i.e. Injection Molding, Assembly, Extrusion, Lamination/Slitting and Bag Making

Diagnose and determine root causes of problems, make corrections, repair or replace units as necessary

Troubleshoot and repair Electro/Mechanical/Pneumatic issues

Make program changes to Allen-Bradley PLC?s

Ensure that proper components and tools are utilized at all times

Interface with plant personnel and other process technicians / engineers

Able to understand and work with blueprints for equipment repairs



Requirements


Associate's degree, or equivalent, in a technical field

A minimum of five years in a manufacturing environment

Understanding of PLC?s/microprocessors, specifically Allen-Bradley RS Logix

Electro/mechanical/pneumatic skills on automated machines

Proficiency in MS office, Autocad, and Solidworks programs

Journeyman electrician preferred

Stainless Steel Welding and Fabrication a plus
