As a General Manager you will be required to manage the P&L and execute a business plan to continue the success and growth of a profitable Market Center. RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage all facets of the organization including full P&L responsibility and controlling assets
- Drive new sales growth and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients
- Prepare and manage the market center business plan, which establishes sales and operational goals
- Ensure that client objectives are fully met by maintaining active client/customer relationships
- Responsible for the training and development of all Market Center personnel
- Drive a positive work environment and utilize effective communication skills at all levels of the organization

The entrepreneurial individual we seek will possess the following: - A Bachelors degree is required
- Minimum of 3+ years of general management experience in the areas of operations, sales, customer service and customer retention in a high energy, fast-paced customer service oriented environment
- Demonstrate proven success in interfacing with a variety of organizational functions and considerable negotiation skills are also needed to drive results
- Previous profit and loss accountability experience
- Turnaround Experience
- Route based experience is a huge plus
