We are currently seeking an Internal Account Representative for Cambridge, MA.
Our Internal Account Representatives manage customer relationships with assigned accounts to ensure that they receive high quality service. You will also assist the field sales organization with information regarding new growth opportunities through prospective or current accounts. You will manage account inquires and educate customers on all new products and services offered by Quest Diagnostics through telephone communication.
We require:
- A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or the Life Sciences
- 3 years successful customer service experience in a health care environment
- Selling background necessary
- Strong organization skills
- Demonstrative effectiveness in conveying information both in writing and verbally
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize successfully
- PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Software
- Strong customer orientation and ability to use basic selling skills and techniques
- A valid drivers license
