This position will provide consultation to client's senior and middle management staff in labor resource management. The objective of the consultation is to facilitate the ability of management to fully utilize the capabilities of Kronos' labor management system. The consultation includes education and workshops for senior and middle management on productivity concepts, target development, staffing plan development, accountability, etc. Additionally, individuals will provide guidance to clients in selection or development and interpretation of reports that will facilitate the achievement of their labor management goals. This position will take leadership role mentoring other Consultants as well as manage multiple clients. This position may be tasked to manage other Consultants on special projects/clients.

Bachelors degree; MBA preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare operations/productivity improvement in connection with labor resource management
Experience in two or more areas of operational improvement, budgeting, financial analysis, or decision support
Ability to manage multiple clients
Ability to establish strong relationships with clients, sales, team members and internal corporate partners
Ability to manage other Consultants as needed for special projects
Excellent written and verbal communications
Ability to articulate and promote the value of professional services during pre-sales events
Comfortable with business intelligence tools
Ability to travel 50% of the time
