The PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will support the Veterans Administration Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Roosevelt, UT. This position requires:
* Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
* Current unrestricted state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
* Must hold a current and valid BLS certification
Requirements
