OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Qualified candidate will have 2-3 yrs. experience in Operations/Business with a Supervisory background in a Healthcare environment. Pharmaceutical background a plus in addition to being very detail oriented and a self-starter. Candidate must have reliable transportation, and be willing to drive out-of-state throughout KY and IN. (Mileage reimbursed). Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours.
This job entails visiting various doctors office locations and Supervising inhouse dispensing program for compliance, efficiency and inventory control. Also requires weekly reporting, setting up new accounts and Supervising direct reports.
One month training in California is required. 4 year degree strongly preferred. Only highly motivated candidates need apply. Salary: $45-55K.
