Performs general secretarial duties to include processing mail, ordering and maintaining supplies, typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, coordinating meetings,and transcribing minutes. Serves as receptionist to the department. Job Requirements
Required:
High School graduate or equivalent. Demonstrated computer skills with various software programs, such as WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, and Excel, and other department specific programs. Experience with basic office equipment, such as photocopiers and fax machines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Medical Terminology.
Preferred:
Two years of college. One year of general secretarial experience.
