A client in the Atlanta area is looking for a Business Process Analyst for 3-6 months with the potential to go Temp-to-Hire
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS ' Leads efforts to gather, analyze, and validate project requirements. ' Facilitates work sessions with subject matter experts and users to gather and understand functional requirements and ensures meeting topics stay on track. ' Makes recommendations for business process flows, develops consensus, and documents proceeding using approved and templates. ' Effectively communicates with public health professionals and technical staff. ' Serves as primary contact with Subject Matter Experts throughout the software/systems development life cycle (SDLC). ' Creates project use cases, visual models, and reports. ' Creates detailed project documentation and other information as requested. ' Uses and refers to artifacts created in Microsoft Visio and Project (flow charts and Gantt charts). ' Self-motivated, keeps to project schedules, tracks project completion levels, and assists with earned value management calculation. ' Develops test plans, specific activity schedules, and training requirements as well as documenting implementation and sustainment plans. ' Ensures that IT systems conform to client's standards, regulations, and guidelines. This can include, but is not limited to, preparing documentation so that the systems achieve security certification and accreditation. ' Assists with product testing during development phases. ' Has knowledge and understanding of development technologies including Java, .NET Framework, and SQL Server. ' Excellent written and verbal skills. Friendly and collaborative demeanor.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS . Bachelors degree in related field (IT, Business, etc)
DESIRED SKILLS . Certified Business Analyst . Experience working in a government contracting environment. 

Has knowledge and understanding of development technologies including Java, .NET Framework, and SQL Server. ' Excellent written and verbal skills. Friendly and collaborative demeanor.
