Position Title:
Sr. Sales Executive

Position Summary:
Aggressively prospect within the assigned account list and manage a solution selling sales process in order to establish profitable contractual relationships. Focus is on selling to banks and credit unions with an asset range of $400m - $6billion.

Essential Functions:
• Prospect for potential conversion clients by establishing initial contact within the assigned account list, and verifying interest in products and service line.
• Present information regarding products to C level decision makers at client location including multiple organizational levels.
• Engage product and technical experts within Online Resources in order to support the sales process as needed.
• Maintain the Oracle sales database in order to ensure accurate account and sales process management, including call reports, follow-up steps, pipeline management, campaign management, and periodic reporting.
• Complete in the quarterly product and operational training system in order to retain an internal sales certification for the product suites.
• Up to 35% percent overnight travel is required.
• Consistently attain quarterly minimum revenue generation requirements as outlined in the sales performance documentation.
Requirements Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing or related field required. Associates degree with relevant business experience acceptable.
2. Seasoned sales professional with at least 15 years of outside prospecting and selling experience with a minimum of 5 of those years selling internet or hi-tech product lines, preferably in the financial services industry.
3. Must have a proven track record, well documented, to even be considered for this position.

Required Skills:
1. A demonstrated track record of selling to the software, internet or financial services industry is essential.
2. Must be comfortable presenting products suite information to prospects in an effort to create a conversion sale, as well as solicit prospects for stand-alone software sales opportunities.
3. Must have the ability to communicate complex technical information to individuals with limited technical knowledge.
4. Strong skills utilizing MSOffice product.
5. Strong organizational Skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal skills.

Desired Skills:
Experience selling to banks and/or credit unions highly desirable
