4+ years strong tax accounting and analysis experience required. Solid exposure with 1120's and provisions are essential. This role will have you regularly working with FIN 48 and doing foreign income tax provisions. Transfer pricing and working with foreign entity tax issues will be a significant part of this job as well. Experience with R&D tax credits is a plus. This is a high-profile position that will have you interacting with all levels of management at many locations, so communication skills are just as important as technical skills and if you don't have heavy experience in all areas listed, my client is willing to work with you.
