Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements: - 4 year degree required, scientific degree a plus
- 2 years of District Management experience in a specialized therapeutic area required
- 3 plus years of pharmaceutical sales experience with ability to show proven sales performance over time required, Dermatology Sales experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a district towards meeting and exceeding objectives
- Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision making skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach and council sales representatives in the field to reinforce product knowledge, core selling message and role model best practices
- Strong work ethic and customer focus orientation
- Excellent communication and organization skills
