Purpose:
A solid international company is seeking a Senior Accountant who possesses a solid understanding of GAAP. This individual must be able to interface with all levels of staff; he or she must possess strong presentation skills. This candidate must be open to a management role as a next step in their career.

*All Applicants must be either a CPA Candidate or has a current CPA and have Big 4 public accounting experience.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Acquire and process projected financial and capital outlook information.

Collect, review, analyze and then distribute capital project reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Ensure the timely and accurate financial reporting.

Acquire, consolidate and then input financial outlook information in Treasury database on a monthly basis.

Project net book value information to Tax on a quarterly basis in order to facilitate estimation of tax liability and strategy.

Respond to various requests for ad hoc fixed asset and project information.

Provide financial information relative to fixed assets to support the decision-making process.

Application of conservative, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, internal procedures and best practices in support of tight financial controls.
