Job Description 
As the Healthcare Product Manager, you will direct and manage the development and marketing solutions for our Healthcare product vertical. You will define vision for this space and play a key role in executing to that vision; document market requirements for product(s) or product line(s), including product line strategy; identify and make recommendations for corporate and product line portfolio.

Additional responsibilities will include:
� Generating incremental revenue by helping to establish and execute a strategic plan to market and sell Healthcare Solutions
� Creating Product Vision & Roadmap and Market Requirements Document (MRD) plans
� Actively collaborating with the R&D organization to achieve product roadmap
� Contributing business and domain expertise for pricing, positioning and collateral strategies
� Ensuring knowledge transfer of product portfolio to Marketing and Sales teams
� Evaluating product line contribution to product portfolio and makes recommendations, including new market opportunities, product retirements or buy/build/partner activities
� Participating in customer briefings at a strategic level
� Developing measurable goals to track and trend results on the overall plan and revenue opportunities.
� Developing and executing Healthcare marketing plan with emphasis on lead generation.
� Assisting Public Relations team to enhance the awareness of solutions among prospects, partner, editorial and analyst communities.
� Assisting in the development and production of marketing literature (brochures, case studies, white papers) and web content related to the Healthcare market.
� Developing and managing Healthcare-specific user groups.

Qualifications
Essential Bachelors Degree in Healthcare, Business or Computer Science, or related discipline or experience
� 8+ years of experience in a healthcare HIMS or BI function in a major healthcare institution or similar experience gained through working for a software vendor or a consulting organization
� 5+ years Sales and/or Marketing experience to hospitals and/or physician offices (clinical information systems, patient accounting, health information management systems, etc.)
� An understanding of industry trends and relevant business drivers in the Healthcare industry
� Additional Responsibilities
� Ability to think strategically and articulate/translate product features and customer values into user and buyer personas

� Ability to articulate customer and business needs into product marketing plans
� Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Preferences
� Advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline or experience
� Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) certification.
